This policy applies to seekingom.com, seekingomstudio.com, the .yoga domain that redirects to it, and the services offered through our five studios: Yoga Studio, Music Studio, Digital Design Studio, Digital Marketing Studio, and Business Ops & HR Studio.

We collect information directly from you when you interact with Seeking OM Studio. The amount and type of information depend on what you are doing.
Information you provide through forms. When you submit an inquiry through our Begin Here page, the form collects your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name, studio of interest, a description of what you are looking for, and how you heard about us. We use this information to review your inquiry, determine fit, and respond to you within 48 hours.
Information you provide when you enroll in a program. When you enroll in a Continuing Education program, Yoga Certification, or other Yoga Alliance registered training, we collect your name, email address, mailing or billing address, payment information (processed by Stripe; see Section 04), Yoga Alliance registration details where applicable, and any information needed to issue a certificate of completion. Program enrollment is delivered through Webflow Memberships on seekingomstudio.com, which tracks your progress and completion within the program.
Information you provide when you purchase VOD access. Our on-demand class library is hosted on Recess.tv. When you purchase a Single Class, 5-Class Pass, 10-Class Pass, or Monthly Unlimited Pass, your account and payment information are handled by Recess.tv under their privacy policy. We receive limited information from Recess.tv to confirm purchases and, where applicable, to deliver complimentary access for CE program students.
Information you provide for music licensing or collaboration. When you submit a music licensing or collaboration inquiry, we collect your name, contact information, project details, intended use, distribution channels, and timeline. We use this only to evaluate the inquiry and discuss terms.
Information you provide as a Studio Services client. When you engage Digital Design Studio, Digital Marketing Studio, or Business Ops & HR Studio, we collect the information needed to deliver the work. This may include business records, brand materials, website credentials, content access, employee documentation (for HR engagements), financial information necessary to scope the work, and other materials you choose to share. HR engagements may involve personal information about your employees; that data is handled under the confidentiality obligations described in our engagement agreement and is treated with the care that information requires.
Information you provide when you subscribe to the newsletter. When you sign up for the Seeking OM Studio newsletter, we collect your name and email address. We use this only to send the newsletter you signed up for.
Information collected automatically. When you visit seekingomstudio.com, we automatically collect limited technical information through Google Analytics 4, including your browser type, device type, approximate location (derived from IP address), pages viewed, referring site, and time spent on the site. This information helps us understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Your information is stored on infrastructure operated by Webflow, Stripe, Recess.tv, Google, Memberstack, and our newsletter provider. These providers use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest and maintain their own security programs.
In addition, Seeking OM Studio maintains a Written Information Security Program (WISP) consistent with the Massachusetts Standards for the Protection of Personal Information (201 CMR 17.00), which apply to businesses that own or license personal information about Massachusetts residents. The WISP governs how we handle, store, and dispose of personal information internally.
