Bio

The thread that runs through.

Brazilian-born, Boston-based. Founder of Seeking OM Studio. Restorative Yoga teacher. Senior HR strategist. Senior Digital Art Director. Composer.

The yoga practice.

Kae's Restorative Yoga training is anchored in the broader Restorative tradition. RYT 200 in 2018. RYT 500 in 2020. YACEP in 2020. 4x Reiki Master and Teacher in the Usui lineage since 2017. Mentors include Willa Worsfold, Larissa Forman, Anthony Tomasi, and Lama Sigmar Tseten.

Teaching style is intuitive and integrated. Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Prana Vinyasa. The center of gravity is Restorative: fully propped, slow, precise, anchored in the parasympathetic nervous system. Not passive yoga. A specific, repeatable practice with measurable outcomes.

The HR and business bridge.

Two decades of senior HR leadership across corporate environments. MS in Human Resource Management and Leadership from Northeastern University. BS in Management Studies from Cambridge College. Most HR consultants come from compliance or recruiting backgrounds. Kae comes from leading people through real corporate change, then applying mindfulness as the lens for how to do it well.

The designer.

Senior Digital Art Director and Senior Design Director track record. Master Webmaster. Comfortable in brand strategy, visual identity, web design, UI/UX, and Webflow build, the way only someone who has done all of it inside a real engagement can be.

The composer.

Co-composer and producer of Yoga Journey, the debut album from Seeking OM. Crystal singing bowls, hang drums, ethereal vocals, Solfeggio frequencies. 245K+ streams across 130+ countries since release.
