The yoga practice.

RYT 200 in 2018. RYT 500 in 2020. YACEP in 2020. Reiki 2 Practitioner in the Usui lineage since 2017. Foundation in Power Yoga and Vinyasa with deep work in Yin and Restorative as the practice matured.

Teaching style is rhythmic and grounded. Cues that land. Sequences that breathe. The yoga half of the work informs the music half: pacing, presence, knowing when to drop a beat and when to hold the silence.
