Yoga Programs.

Do I need a 200-hour first?

Yes. The Yoga Certifications are supplemental. Bring your YA-200 (or equivalent). The certs are Restorative-specific, not foundational.

What is the time commitment for the cert?

Self-paced. 30, 50, or 100 hours depending on tier. Pre-recorded videos and written materials. Take it on your own schedule, no live calls required.

Are CE programs YACEP eligible?

Yes, all CE programs will count toward Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider hours.

What is the refund policy on yoga programs?

Full refund within 14 days. Pro-rated refund within 30 days. After 30 days, credit toward a future enrollment within 12 months.

VOD Classes.

Where do the VOD classes live?

On Recess.tv, our hosting partner. All enrollment, billing, and streaming happens there.

What is the pricing?

Recess.tv handles subscriptions. Free trial available. Visit Recess to see current pricing.

Can I download classes for offline?

Yes: Recess.tv supports offline viewing on its mobile app.

How often is new content added?

New classes monthly across all six collections.

Do you take on small projects?

Yes. Studio scope ranges from a one-day workshop to multi-month builds.

Do you work outside Boston?

Most work is remote. We travel for shoots, retreats, and on-site teaching when it earns the travel.

How much does a Webflow build cost?

How do you price marketing retainers?

Monthly retainer based on scope. Send a brief and we will quote within 48 hours.

Do you license individual tracks?

Yes. Track-by-track or full album.

How fast is licensing turnaround?

48 hours for a quote. Stems delivered same week as signed agreement.

Do you offer exclusivity?

Yes, negotiated per use case (territory, term, media). Higher rate, but available.

Do you do custom composition?

Yes: send a brief and we will quote separately.

What governs your contracts?

Massachusetts law. Disputes resolved through arbitration in Boston.

How do you handle GDPR / CCPA requests?

Yes, we honor GPC signals as opt-out of sale of personal information per CCPA.
